Robin Williams passed away a year and a half ago, but his legacy lives on: in real estate! The late actor’s Napa Valley Estate finally sold for $18.1 million.
Three months before the actor’s tragic death, he listed the home for $29.9 million.
But after his passing, the price of the mansion dropped to $25.9 million and again later at $22.9 million.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the late actor’s home was purchased by French winemakers Alfred and Melanie Tessero.
The home was built for Robin in the early 2000’s, but the actor put it up for sale for the first time in 2012.
The estate located in the Mayacamas Mountains features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms as well as a guest home.
Williams died at 63 years old of suicide in 2014 and will forever be missed in Hollywood.
