The two are clearly in love, as they have been seen out and about together all summer, but are they ready to add to their relationship with a little one? They just may be, as Selena was spotted carrying an adorable dog with her to her hotel.
The 25-year-old beauty looked casual in gray sweatpants and a denim jacket as she carried this cute brown-and-white puppy in her arms.
Something tells us this was a joyous distraction for Selena after she revealed to the world that she recently had to have a kidney transplant due to her lupus.
On social media, Selena revealed details concerning her surgery while thanking her donor and friend, Francia Raisa, as well as her loved ones for their help. She said, in part, "I want to publicly thank my family and incredible team of doctors for everything they have done for me prior to and post-surgery. And finally, there aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis. Lupus continues to be very misunderstood but progress is being made."

A source even told OK! exclusively that Selena’s boyfriend of nine months, The Weeknd, has even been attending sessions with her! “Her therapist thinks it’s a good idea for her partner to come in to help clear the air on some issues and to keep her honest.” A puppy is also always a good idea!
