The 45-year-old and a friend had dinner at Nobu in Malibu, but Shannen looked down in the dumps as she got out of her car for dinner and then an outing to Soho House.

“Love girls night with @annemkortright helping me celebrate feeling good enough to eat before Wednesday's chemo. #bff #fightlikeagirl #cancersucks #warrior,” she wrote on Instagram.

Hours before her night out with a friend, Doherty reached a settlement out of court with her ex-manager Tanner Mainstain amid her grim battle with breast cancer.

Shannen reached a settlement out of court, but the amount of that settlement is unknown. Doherty believed losing her health insurance prevented her from getting medical screenings, which would have prevented her cancer in the first place.
