The mother-of-two let her emotions take over as she expressed, "My wish would be to try easier, not so hard."

"In my life, the way I was raised - we were always taught to be the best that we can be all the time. And that’s not a bad thing. It becomes a bad thing when you push yourself too hard," she continued.

As fans know, Tamera grew up in the spotlight, after starring on the hit show Sister, Sister, in the early 90s alongside her twin sister, Tia. So now, her hope is to stress herself a bit less next year.
