BEST: Rita Ora. The songstress looked sleek and chic in a red Max Mara suit at the awards show. She topped off the number with matching red heels, pink tresses, and a Bulgari necklace, ring and studs!

WORST: Chloe Grace Moretz. From the frumpy skirt to the odd snake top, the only thing that worked for the actress’ look was her bold red lips!

BEST: Sarah Hyland. The Modern Family star bared her trim tummy in a yellow crop top and matching shoes that put her toned body on full display!

WORST: Janel Parrish. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant's look reminds us of a skeleton Halloween costume!

BEST: Lucy Hale. The Pretty Little Liars star successfully took the plunge in a navy blue mini dress that put her assets on full display!

WORST: Nina Dobrev. While The Vampire Diaries star can literally rock anything, we wish she went for something a little simpler. From the sequins to the sheer, there is a lot going on!

BEST: Britney Spears. The songstress flaunted her toned and trim body in the best way possible: by leaving little to the imagination! Britney’s high-low dress not only showed off her cleavage, but also her long legs!

WORST: Emma Roberts. Although the actress looked stunning on the red carpet, we wish she opted for something a bit more fun for the awards show. Her dress was way too conservative for the TCAs!

BEST: Chloe Lukasiak: What’s the best thing for a dancer to rock? A leg-baring frock! The former Dance Moms star put her long legs on full display in a green LUBLU Kira Plastina skirt with a Sabo skirt top. She completed the look with white Lulu heels and a Shop Prima donna open cuff.

WORST: Jordin Sparks. From the unflattering dress to the messy hairdo, we know the singer could do better!

BEST: Lea Michele. The Glee star looked sweet and chic in a strapless white mini dress with a blue and red floral print.
