Teresa Giudice may be locked up in the slammer, but she's still keeping an eye on her husband Joe Giudice! The Real Housewives of New Jersey star hired a private detective to check up on her husband and four daughters while she’s serving a 15-month prison sentence behind bars.

Although Teresa’s rep denied that a detective was hired, personal protection specialist Mark Behar told OK! magazine, “She had a cousin call me. Teresa senses things are not right, and she wants to make sure the kids are OK.”

Joe’s fraud charges aren’t the only scandals the reality star has faced throughout the years. In Oct. 2010, it was reported that Joe was a regular at strip clubs. He was busted drinking with another woman in Sept. 2011 and getting cozy with the family’s former nanny Nicole Cemeilli in April 2013. “She knows that Joe is a cheater,” the insider dished. “Especially now that she’s in jail – I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a VIP at every strip club in Jersey.”

Mark’s job is to take “as many pictures as possible” of Teresa’s husband. Although the Bravo star didn’t tell the private detective that she wanted the pictures as evidence for a divorce, he said, “But this is what people do. From what I gather, Joe wants out. But he’s trying to save face in the media, because he can’t be seen as a horrible father.
Since Teresa was sentenced to prison in October, her primary focus has been on her four daughters – Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, Audriana, 5. She asked the detective to keep an eye on “how they look, if they’re eating and following their schedules.”
