Tori appeared on the Dr. Oz Show to talk about the stress that makes her “sick all the time.” She said, “Anytime I would have emotional stress—for years, my whole life—I would just repress and keep going and going and nobody knew really. It would just start coming out. I would be sick all the time, sinus, migraine, everything.”

Dr. Oz responded, “How long can you suffer through these different ailments? They do seem to be all related to stress. At some point it’s going to come around and really hurt you.” The True Tori star replied, “I don’t want to keep going on like that. I’m at that place where I don’t like the way my kids see me. I don’t like them seeing me as sick.”

Tori then discussed how her relationship with Dean has been after his shocking affair that almost broke up their marriage. “We’re working on it. It will take time,” the Mystery Girls star said. “I’ve asked him to listen to me, take care of me, take care of the kids, step up in our family and he really has. He’s really working on himself and us.”

Although being able to trust Dean again was definitely a factor when trying to fix their marriage, Tori had to find herself before she could work on things with her husband. “I went into this process of doing the show and documenting it thinking it was about the trust that had been broken with Dean,” she explained. “But what I found through the process is that it was on a bigger, grander level… and the trust and the belief in myself and the self-confidence was never there.”
