Tori Spelling may have fallen into a little payday now that she’s filed a lawsuit against the restaurant Benihana after she says she suffered serious burns at the restaurant’s location in Encino, California.
According to reports, Spelling said that she fell on a hibachi grill at the restaurant in April, with the incident causing “deep second and third degree burn injuries.”
And her hubby, Dean McDermott, told the New York Daily News shortly after that Spelling “had a little burn” and “had to get skin grafts” at a hospital.
He also called the incident “unfortunate” while giving the details about what happened, saying that his wife fell backwards on a grill after tripping in the restaurant on Easter Sunday.

But at the time, he said that he was unsure if the couple planned to file any charges in the situation.
The suit comes amid reports that the two are facing serious money issues.
