Tyler Baltierra Reveals Shocking Details From Suicide Attempt On TMOG: ‘I Had To Walk Around School With Rope Burns!’

Farrah travelled to Missouri with her daughter Sophia to visit her late boyfriend’s grave. On their way to meet Derek’s family, Sophia brought her mother to tears when she asked about her father. “I wish daddy Derek didn’t die,” Sophia said. “I want a daddy. I want a daddy now!” When Farrah told her daughter how she’s sorry her father passed away from a car accident, Sophia continued to mourn the loss of her father. “I wanna die, I wanna die, I wanna die,” she chanted as Farrah continued to breakdown.

Amber Portwood experienced drama of her own when she realized her fiancé Matt Baier was the cause of her rift with her mother. “I don’t think she likes Matt,” Amber told her cousin. When Amber revealed details of her wedding to her mother, she responded by calling the big day her “first wedding.” Ouch! Gary Shirley had a problem with Matt too, as he blasted him for leaving his children to live with Amber.

Who said Ryan Edwards’ doesn’t care? Despite Ryan’s apathetic attitude when it came to dropping off his son on his first day of school, he argued with Maci Bookout when she wouldn’t let Bentley stay with him on Sunday night even though he slept over a friend’s house Friday instead of being with his dad. “He’s a 7-year-old boy, he’s going to have sleepovers,” Maci complained after arguing with Ryan via text. “Parents have to give up time so their kids can hang out with their friends.”

Catelynn Lowell began experiencing postpartum depression days before her wedding. “She’s nervous about Carly meeting Nova,” Tyler explained of why Catelynn was unable to get out of bed. “I should feel bad, but I don’t feel bad because I know what we’re supposed to do when this happens, which is get out of bed and stick to your routine.”

But when Carly and Nova met each other ahead of the wedding, Tyler began to feel depressed when his daughter, who he placed with adoptive parents Teresa and Brandon, called him “daddy.” Catelynn told her then-fiancé, “I feel like I’m having a heart attack. Seeing my two kids together. Only taking one home, especially seeing how much Carly loves her.”

Although Tyler opened up about his shocking suicide confession in his book Conquering Chaos, he revealed more details about the near-death experience. He explained how he tried to commit suicide when he was only 12 years old in his backyard. “I was a depressed kid,” he told his father Butch. “I had to walk around school with rope burns around my neck for two weeks. You went back to prison, mom was always working all the time, I was getting suspended from school and I was like, ‘there is no point to go on anymore.’ You’re not the only one locked up when you were in there, all of us were.”
