Wiz Khalifa's mother, Katie Wimbush-Polk, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Wiz's ex-wife Amber Rose, according to the Washington County Observer-Reporter, after she allegedly made a "profanity-laced" phone call to a third party, "launching a tirade against" Katie.

Katie's lawsuit alleges that Amber called a number linked to her account on June 19, and when one of Katie's employee's five-year-old nieces picked up the phone, Amber launched into a rant.

Once the five-year-old's aunt was back on the phone, Amber said Katie had let her child, and Wiz's sibling, Dorien, die and therefore couldn't take care of her and Wiz's son Sebastian.

Amber made the call because Katie allegedly called California child services on her. Katie denies doing so and says Amber's actions were meant to hurt her reputation. She's suing Amber for $50,000, including court costs, interest, punitive and other damages.
