The Longshots star Ice Cube has been in showbiz for more that twenty years, but it isn’t always easy.

“I was a longshot to make it in the rap game, coming from the West Coast,” he says. “You can count most of the big West Coast artists on one hand. To me, that was a longshot. Going from doing that to making a movie like this and being accepted. Now I’m normal and not such a novelty. That’s a longshot to me.”
