Each week, Biggest Loser contestant Ada Wong will bring you her experience on the show — as the episodes air! Check out the trials and triumphs of Ada each week, only on OKmagazine.com!

Stress began to set in the moment Alison announced only one person's weight will count for this week's weigh in.

There are only two ways to look at it: either have the whole team's fate rest on your shoulders or be powerless to control your own fate. The black team pretty much knew Elizabeth would be chosen to represent us, so our entire focus that week was centered around her, and only her. Jillian was on the same page and made it her mission to grind that girl into the ground- which I was utterly thankful for!

OK! EXCLUSIVE: ADA WONG'S BIGGEST LOSER BLOG — A TEAM DIVIDED

It seemed liked Elizabeth was finally having her breakthrough because she realized her brothers have been her crutch her entire life and now the same was happening on the Ranch. After our workout, I remember sitting on the treadmill talking to her, and I could see that light bulb finally coming on. But even though we were 99 percent sure of the blue team's selection, that one percent was enough doubt to keep us all working hard.

The next day, we had a pop cooking challenge at the nearby Four Seasons Hotel. The group was split in half. Those with the lowest percentage of weight loss cooked while the second half judged. This challenge had absolutely nothing to do with taste and everything to do with choosing the dish that your teammate made — even if it tasted awful. And like classic Biggest Loser 10, the day wouldn't be complete without a little drama. Guessing calories in a dessert... seems easy enough...i f you're not Brendan and Frado. Even I was beginning to lose it and I'm pretty mellow...They know I love 'em but I stand by my statement. Two of the biggest egos... ever!

OK! EXCLUSIVE: ADA WONG'S BIGGEST LOSER BLOG — CHALLENGES & BREAKTHROUGHS

I really wished we had guessed the right calories on that dessert because we would have WON the dragon boat race... but since I'm wishing things, I might as well say I wish I chose the correct dish because then we would have avoided the tie-breaker portion of the challenge; and gotten that 10 second advantage! ARGH! Hindsight is always 20-20. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm ultra competitive. And losing that dragon boat race, STUNG — even more so because it was only six seconds! SIX! Okay, moving on before I burn hole in this blog.

Oh man, the black team was on pins and needles during the weigh in! The man upstairs must have been bombarded in those five minutes leading up to Elizabeth's walk to the scale. We weren't asking for mountains to be moved... we just needed her to lose enough to beat Jessica. And thankfully, our "Little Engine That Could" came through. The pressure was off and it was time to chill... or so we thought.

OK! EXCLUSIVE: ADA WONG'S BIGGEST LOSER BLOG — THE WARM FUZZIES ARE OVER

Turns out the blue team could not come up with a decision so now the burden rests on us to decide who goes home. And the fact that Adam had an advantage that would secure his place in the finals made it easier to vote him out. Like Frado said, that target gets bigger and bigger as the weeks go by. Did you also notice that if Adam ended up using his advantage, he would have been the "Biggest Loser of the Week", giving him immunity from elimination?

Until next week,

Ada
