Although Angelina Jolie has checked into a hospital, she won't be delivering her twins for a few more weeks, her doctor announced Wednesday.
Holding a press conference, Dr. Michel Sussmann said his famous patient is "doing fine" at Nice's Lenval Hospital and will give birth "in the weeks to come."
Dr. Sussmann also reiterated hospital spokesperson Nadine Bauer's statement yesterday that the hospitalization was purely for precautionary and surveillance purposes.

"Her hospitalization at this stage in her pregnancy is totally normal for a patient who had a Caesarean during her first pregnancy," the doctor said. "She is very well and she is OK."
The 33-year-old actress is reportedly on bedrest on the hospital's fifth-floor maternity ward with a spacious sea-view room.
Brad Pitt, 44, was seen arriving at the hospital Wednesday to visit his longtime girlfriend.
The twins will be the fifth and sixth children for the couple and will join Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.
