No Doubt about it — Gwen Stefani's a mom again!

The rocker gave birth to a second son named Zuma Nesta Rock, an 8.5 lb. baby boy at 12:46pm PT on Thursday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

"Mother, baby and family are all happy and healthy," the singer's rep confirms to OK!.

Gwen and husband Gavin Rossdale are already parents to Kingston, 2, and Zuma is Gavin's third child altogether. He has a 19-year-old daughter, Daisy, with Pearl Lowe.

Though 38-year-old Gwen has been outspoken about making Kingston a big brother, she and Gavin stayed mum on the pregnancy early on, which was let out of the bag (again) by her father-in-law Douglas in January.

As with Kingston, the longtime lovebirds, who married in 2002, opted for a delivery surprise -- and don't think they had any trouble preparing the nursery without that piece of information.

"We don't know if it's a boy or a girl. We're into the surprise element," Gavin told The Daily Record. "Plus we are going to put him in a black room. He'll be a goth baby so it doesn't matter if it is a girl or a boy."

After a "rough start" to the first trimester, Gavin, 42, went to great lengths to ensure comfort for his wife and relieve her of extra responsibilities.

"Whatever I can do to help, I'll do, but the guys get off light," he said. "We get to have the fun, then nip off, and the girls have to carry the physical burden of making a human, which is phenomenal."
