Steve & Barry’s, which sells Bitten, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in July, but their spokesman says, “[Bitten] is doing extremely well.
"Anything labeled Bitten sold outside of Steve & Barry’s stores is either unauthorized or counterfeit,” he said.
Bitten, which was launched on June 7, 2007, is not the first celeb fashion line to end up in the bargain basement.
