It looks like it’s now a party of five for Beyoncé and Jay Z. The Internet went into overdrive on June 13 as word spread that the 35-year-old singer had gone into labor. And while, as of press time, the couple had not confirmed the deluge of rumors, several OK! sources corroborated the details that swirled online.

Reportedly, a fleet of black Escalades screeched to a halt in front of UCLA Medical Center that morning, and the superstar was rushed to the hospital’s blocked-off fifth floor, hubby Jay, 47, and 5-year-old Blue Ivy in tow, with sister Solange and mom Tina Knowles arriving not long after. There, she settled in for what was estimated to be an agonizing 18 hours of labor. “It was no doubt nerve-racking for the whole family,” a source close to Bey says, “since deliveries of twins can often be complicated.” Still, Queen B came out of the ordeal in fine form, the source adds, as did the babies — reportedly, a boy and a girl.

Now, the couple are preparing to move into a new Los Angeles home and have set aside an astonishing $200,000 for a nursery that Beyoncé has mapped out. “They’ve already purchased most of what they need and are excited to create a spectacular new space for the little ones,” says the insider  — though Queen B won’t lift a finger, of course. “She’s obviously going to be exhausted,” the source says. “But it’s an incredibly exciting time.”
