Jillian Michaels is back as the tough trainer on the Biggest Loser and some thought she'd lighten up this season since it's her first time back after taking two years off to become a mom, but nope! Not even close.
Host Alison Sweeney writes in her blog on People that she's glad to see the her in action again, but warns fans she's not going to be easier on the contestants this year.
"If you expected Jillian to be sweeter and softer now that she's a mom, think again. Jillian is back and more determined than ever to change the lives of those who need it most (and who want it most). Her relentless determination to enact change and her knowledge of what will resonate with each contestant never ceases to amaze me."
Season 14 of the hit show on NBC has done something new — three children who need to lose weight will now be vying for the top prize and Jillian couldn't be happier about it.
"This is not their fault," she said about their obesity. "This is about an introduction to an active lifestyle and helping them feel better about themselves. It is about reeducating them and working on their goals."
Biggest Loser airs tonight at 8PM ET.
