The pop star got absolutely drenched making her way from her Studio City, Calif., gym to the car, where manager and on-off-on boyfriend Jason Trawick was waiting. Maybe she was preoccupied with legal matters? Britney had been expected to meet with Commissioner Goetz last Friday, but opted to go shopping instead. "If she expects to get her request to regain control over the personal aspects now controlled by the conservatorship, she'll need to show up," an insider familiar with the case tells OK!. "That's all she really wants for now. Her father and the lawyers have done an adequate job of controlling all her business decisions."

Adds the source, Brit would like to once again revisit the issue of custody of her two sons, and ask for shared custody with ex-husband Kevin Federline. "Regaining control over her private life would go a long way toward making that possible," the insider says.
