Britney Spears Has Outfit Indecision for the Bajillionth Time

It's as if Britney Spears just can't stand to wear one outfit in public, like she's just compelled by some higher fashion force to inevitably ditch the cutoff shorts and tank top at any given moment and shop for a new ensemble. Brit pulled her signature switcheroo move on Monday while shopping in Beverly Hills.

The Britster changed out of her shorts and tank for a dress, while keeping on her platform sandals. She didn't bother to opt for a strapless bra to go with her dress, a minor detail we think would've made a nice difference.

Either her Starbucks hadn't kicked in yet or we're reading too much into her Mona Lisa smile, but Britney looked a little glum, in our opinion, despite the new clothes. What do you think?
