As her husband, President-Elect Barack Obama, prepares to become the nation's new Commander-in-Chief, his wife, Michelle Obama, has carved out a new title for herself — one she proudly admits to inventing: Mom-in-Chief.

Tall, beautiful and intelligent, Michelle definitely looks the part of a First Lady who Americans can look up to. But it won't all be fun and games — at first.

In fact, Michelle's only extravagance so far seems to be a pair of $10,275 Loree Rodkin earrings that she wore on election night (The rumor was that they were a gift from Oprah Winfrey but OK! has since learned that is not true).

Michelle's "anti-diva" ways also apply to her girls, Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7.  Even though their soon-to-be new home has arguably the most well-known address in the world, the Obama girls will still adhere to the same strict routine they had before their dad became president.

"Barack puts on his suit, tie and he's out the door," she recently told The View. "I'm getting my hair, makeup, the kids..."
