Stealing from your family? Definitely not funny.
TMZ is reporting that Dane Cook's half brother, Darryl McCauley, has been indicted by a grand jury and charged with eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme. He's allegedly stolen millions from the funnyman, even forging a $3 million check from Dane's account, made out to himself.
Meanwhile, his trusting and over generous bro was paying him $12,500 a month to be his personal business manager. Ouch.
