Denise Requests Emergency Order Against Charlie

The latest chapter in Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ custody saga had the actress in court on Thursday asking for an emergency order restricting Charlie’s access to their daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3.
At an emergency hearing, the 37-year-old claimed there were serious issues at the actor’s home that need to be evaluated before the children could visit – allegations Charlie’s team is leery of.
"It is very unfortunate that Denise Richards and her attorney are desperately trying to deprive Charlie his visitation of his children, obviously at the same time trying to create a media circus to help her reality show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated,” Charlie’s attorney Marty Singer tells Extra.

An order was not granted by sit-in Judge Steinberg, but Denise plans to re-file on Monday when the regular judge, currently on vacation, returns to the stand. However, this is not a desperate "forum shopping" move, her attorney Neal Hersh insists, but rather Judge Steinberg deferring to Judge Silberman.
"This was not a matter of forum shopping. If Judge Steinberg wanted to deny Ms. Richards' requests out of hand she would have done so,"Neal tells TMZ. "She deferred a decision to Judge Silberman who is the Judge assigned to this case. In any event, on Monday, there will be an emergency hearing on the issues raised by Ms. Richards today."
