Desperate Housewife Brings the Drama

She's barely stepped foot into the shoes of The Real Housewives of New York City, but already new addition Kelly Killoren Bensimon is bringing on the drama. According to the New York Daily News, the 40-year-old actress's boytoy, Nicholas Stefanov, 30, filed a criminal complaint saying she hit him, resulting in a black eye and a cut face.

Kelly turned herself in for the assualt on Thursday, and was released on her own recognizance. In the complaint, Nicholas claims she hit him "with a closed fist, thereby causing informant to suffer a laceration below informant's left eye and substantial pain."

The "housewife" denies her lover's claims, of course, as her lawyer Stephen Turano tells the paper, "The allegations are by a jilted lover saying she struck him during the course of an argument. We deny the charges, and we are hopeful this will be resolved."
