The red carpet was fairly bursting with stars at last night's premiere of Valentine's Day in Hollywood. Besides all the couples like Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, and Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, some very un-single stars swanned down the carpet without their significant others, like Julia Roberts (with her niece, Emma Roberts) Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway, Bradley Cooper and Jessica Biel.

Anne, who's dating actor Adam Shulman, shone in a Marchesa dress and dished on her big V-Day plans.

"I am going to go to  a wedding for a friend and then I am going to spend the rest of the day cooking for the people that I love," she told reporters.

Anne adds that she thinks Valentine's Day is a holiday for everyone, single or not.

"It’s a day about love and just expressing love," she told OK!. "I don’t know why guys are so freaked out about it. I was talking to Topher Grace about it and he said that it solidifies commitment, but I said, 'No its not! That’s a terrible way to look at Valentine’s Day. No wonder they are so anxious about it!'

"I just think that it’s a great way to show the people you love, your parents, your brothers, and your friends or if you have a significant other, to show them how much you love them," she explained.
