It's a Girl for John C. McGinley!

John C. McGinley is going to have to scrub in for more diaper duty.

The Scrubs star and his wife, Nichole Kessler, welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Billie Grace in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

As Nichole is a birthing doula (and yoga instructor), she delivered Billie from the comfort of their own home in a birthing tub with a midwife by her side.

Billie joins big brother Max, 10, John’s son from his first marriage to Lauren Lambert.

John, 48, tied the knot with Nichole in an intimate ceremony in April, where Max served as best man.
