If you watched The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency last night – and you know you did – you'll fully aware that Janice is shacking up with her newest discoveries. Yep, the diva is Big Brother!

On Monday at a walk-off modeling competition held at the NBC Experience store in New York City, Janice revealed to me at that moving in was actually a genius move. "And I'm the only one that can do it," she declared.

"I installed the surveillance system in the house, and I watch them 24/7 because when you go on location around the world, when Kate Moss goes to Japan to do a Nikon commercial, she has to cohabit with other people like hairdressesers, makeup artists and stylists," Janice explained. "You have to be able to get along and work with your team."

Ever the trailblazer, Janice introduced viewers to on her show's premiere last night, a model who is deaf and speaks through an interpreter.

Janice poopooed away the notion that she's doing anything out of the ordinary.

"It doesn't matter if he can't hear. I think he's as great a model as anyone else, watch you'll see," she declared.

"It's a marvelous installation of a blend of what makes America."

Janice proved that point yet again when she, along with her son Nathan Fields and veteran JD models J.P. Calderon and Crystal Truehart crowned Amber Walker from Stamford, Conn., as the $1000 winner of the contest.

"It's about time the sisters are recognized," Janice told the crowd.  "She's got the 'It' factor."

And I got to see a bevy of drag queens who hosted the event work the runway. And yes, I was taking notes!
