Jennifer Aniston doesn't have enough good things to say about her Horrible Bosses character. "America's Sweetheart" welcomed the chance to play a sexually inappropriate bad girl like Dr. Julia Davis — a dentist who thrives off sexually harassing her assistant (Charlie Day).

"It wasn't a 'might.' There was never the word 'might' involved in deciding to take the part," Jen told MTV News. "It was pretty much, 'How fast can I say yes? I will play this part.' "

"I'd never seen anything like this woman, and I couldn't imagine not doing it," she gushed, adding, "This stuff never comes my way."

Horrible Bosses director Seth Gordon said he was familiar with Jen's acting chops and wanted to see break her away from her beloved Friends character, Rachel Green.

"I imagined her in that role the first time I read the script, and I can't explain why, but I just did," he shared with MTV. "Obviously, I knew she was a great comedian, and I feel like I've always seen that she can do more than she's offered to do. A lot of stuff seems like a rehashing of Rachel in some way."

Jen's character has stirred up some controversy for using a gay slur.

“You’re starting to sound like a little f****t there, Dale,” Jen, as Julia, says when she is addressing her dental assistant (Charlie).

Despite the anti-gay connotation of Jen’s dialogue, Horrible Bosses co-writer John Francis Daley defends Jen’s character.

“I think when it is coming out of her mouth, it is understandably offensive,” Daley told The Daily Beast.
