Jennifer Lopez is ready to get you moving! Her new 10-week fitness and health program, which is influenced from her lifestyle brand BodyLab, will not only boost confidence, but also kick start women’s health and fitness goals.

Beginning today, women can register for the program, which includes healthy and easy-to-make recipes, personalized fitness plans and expert nutritional advice from JLo and her hand-picked experts. In addition, the BodyLab app (it’s free!) has fitness tracking tools and also offers a selection of BodyLab‘s lifestyle supplements.
