Jill Zarin is one tough cookie, as each week she and the other Real Housewives of New York City have their lives documented by camera crews and then served up for fans to watch. But despite the fights and drama we see each week on screen, Jill says that when the cameras stop rolling, it's all good.

"I feel like the show is a boxing ring and the bell rings each week and we’re in the show," she tells OK!. "Everything is real and nothing is made up. But I’m just saying how my feelings are, I feel like anything that is in the show is encapsulated in the show."

As for her feud with Ramona's husband Mario Singer, Jills is diplomatic.

"When the show is over then for instance, on the blogs Mario has been hitting me and I feel like he has been attacking me outside the ring. When you say am I upset, I mean of course I was upset when I watch the episode over when Mario said what are you gonna do take your toys out, and I’m like yes I’m going to take my toys out, but I don’t have anything against him. It’s like all is fair in love and war and we had a fight and we’ve sort of gotten past it and it was six months ago, and who cares and life is good."

To demonstrate her good feelings towards her castmates, Jill says she's been taking pictures throughout the entire season to prepare a very special gift to mark the finale.

"I’ve been taking pictures and I am going to give it to them for Mother’s Day in a Kodak Easy Share W1020 digital frame," she reveals to OK!. It's for Mother’s Day, even though I’m not their mother, but it can be a gift. I’m going to load it with pictures from the season including the finale."

So there's no editing going on to heighten the drama? Well, sort of.

"I think they edit it to be entertaining. It is a reality show. I mean that’s the truth, the show is a reality show," she admits.  " I think the big picture is it present myself and my family in a very real and honest way."

Jill is so honest she opened up to OK! about her recent breast reduction surgery, which changed her from a 32G to a 34DD.

"I would base it on necessity," she says of any future surgeries. "A lot of medical issues. And then there are clothing issues. I want to be in magazine and photo shoots. I want to look good. Is that vain?
