John Who?

It seems that there is at least one bar in the Big Apple that doesn’t know John Mayer’s name. Even though the singer lives right down the street from Bar Martignetti in SoHo, he doesn’t seem to have any pull with the doormen.

Back when John was with Jessica Simpson, a source close to the club tells OK!, “She seems to rub the owners the wrong way,” causing them to be stopped at the door. And although John and Jessica have gone their separate ways — he into the arms of Friday Night Lights actress Minka Kelly and she into the heart of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo — John still can’t catch a break. Only recently, while flying solo, he was once again turned away — ironically because he was alone.

So... Bar Martignetti what will it take to let John in?
