Sean has been recovering at his home in Miami since his Memorial Day accident and Justin was able to visit him recently to see how he's doing.

"His spirits are a lot higher," Justin tells MTV News in an interview for "MTV First: Sean Kingston" that will air tonight. "He still has to have people around him to make sure he's doing alright, but his spirits are high, and he's doing well."

And the 17-year-old superstar was able to spend some time with his friend at his home.

"We were just hanging out at his house, kicking it, driving around Miami and whatnot," he said. "I got to relax and take time off."

But the guys also made a stop to check out Justin's girlfriend Selena Gomez's "We Own the Night" concert while he was there too. And over this past weekend, the two were snapped hanging out together poolside as well!
