Katherine Heigl avoided a nip slip last night as she accepted her award for Female Star of the Year at the ShoWest convention in Las Vegas. The actress almost gave a bare boob performance to the crowd as she accepted her award. Luckily the host of the event, Billy Bush from Access Hollywood, helped Katherine gather herself and keep everything in place!
As Katherine walked up to the stage a strap on her beautiful red dress broke! Billy stood by Katherine’s side during her whole speech holding her strap!

Looks like Katherine had a great sense of humor about the whole thing, as she continued to accept her award with a huge smile on her face.
She even let out a few chuckles!
“Oh my. Hosting showest awards in LV. Heigl comes up to get award, dress strap breaks…I hold her top on while she accepts!” Billy Tweeted after the wardrobe malfunction.
Katherine walked the carpet with director Robert Luketic.
