Lady Gaga Tears It Up, Front to Back, In the Big Apple

Only Lady Gaga can get away with some ripped up tights — complete with control tops! — a bra, and a jacket as her outfit on a wintry day in NYC. It hasn't been exactly balmy in the Big Apple this week, but it seems the superstar just doesn't care what anyone else thinks. After all, she was "Born This Way"!
