Lindsay Lohan Catches a Flight Out of the Big Apple

What Lindsay Lohan trip could go without a little bit of drama? Lilo was spotted yesterday catching a flight out of NYC back to L.A. Lindsay was caught taking a spill that sent her to the ground while she was out with friends in NYC last week. Linds is on probation which includes being banned from drinking alcohol.

Linds recently rejected a plea bargain that would have ended the grand theft case she now finds herself in the center of. Lindsay is, for now, maintaining her incense.

Lindsay is set to appear in court on April 22 in front of a new judge that essentially will determine what direction the case will go from here.

So aside from her never ending law issues, what's going on with Linds' acting career? According to TMZ, Lindsay is close to signing a deal to be a part of the $75 million dollar budgeted John Gotti  biopic.
