Lindsay Lohan ran errands in L.A. yesterday, looking especially happy, sporting both long jeans and boots to cover her SCRAM bracelet. Maybe Linds was looking forward to ending her legal woes? Or is it her new alleged courtship? Buzz is circulating that Lindsay has a new girlfriend, former Israeli Defense Force member Eilat Ansche.
