Although Mario Lopez has been stepping out with Courtney Mazza, he discounts their relationship and tells me he’s got his eyes on Sophia Bush in the OK! on newsstands now.

The Extra host, 36, whose 2004 marriage to Ali Landry was annulled after 18 days due to cheating allegations, also dated Dancing With The Stars stunner Karina Smirnoff from 2006-2008.

How has his perspective changed with age?

“As you get older, your priorities change and you start to ‘get’ it a lot more,” he tells me. “With time comes wisdom, and you start making better decisions. I like getting older. It’s getting better.”

The Mud Tacos author hopes to settle down and start a family in the future.

“Oh yeah, definitely. I come from a very strong family structure and I like having my family around me, so I welcome it.”

Lucky for Karina and (possibly) Ali, he finds exes make great pals.

“I’m very good friends with all my exes. It seems like I’ve got better relationships with them now. laughs I think it’s because we’re older. I mean, I wouldn’t go out with me because it’s hard. I’m working all the time, I’m busy, I travel, and it’s not fair oftentimes to whoever you’re going out with. When that person’s not on, you can just be friends, and I think it says something that I’m friends with all my exes.”

Is there a tell-all in his future a la former Saved By The Bell co-star Dustin Diamond’s tome Behind The Bell? Nah.

“I’m pretty much what you see is what you get. I have no secrets. It’s not like I could tell all. I’m easy to read.”
