Just hours after the news broke that Gossip Girl star Matthew Settle has broken up with his wife, he told OK! that the split is a "tragedy."
Rumors had been swirling that Matthew and Naama Nativ, his wife of four years, had gone their separate ways.
But this afternoon a rep for the couple announced that they are, in fact, heading for a divorce.

At the G-Star Raw fashion show at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom today, OK! asked Matthew how he is adjusting to single life.
"I'm not. I'm not adjusted yet," said Matthew, who plays Rufus Humphrey — the father of Penn Badgley's character, Dan — on the show.

"I'm still working on that, but it's always a tragedy when things happen, and that's all I can say."
The couple have a daughter named Aven, whose first birthday will be in March.
