Mel B's Older Daughter Phoenix Chooses Newborn Sister's Name; Victoria Beckham Tweets Congratulations

A day after the birth of Spice Girl Melanie Brown’s baby girl with hubby Stephen Belafonte, the 36-year-old revealed on Twitter that her older daughter Phoenix has chosen a name for the family’s latest addition.

“Phoenix has named our baby girl the cutest name, can't wait for you guys to hear it, soon ma peeps!!,” Melanie tweeted on Saturday afternoon, although she is still mum on the actual moniker as of yet.

Meanwhile, former group mate Victoria Beckham, who also recently gave birth to daughter Harper Seven Beckham, took to her Twitter to congratulate the England native.

“Congratulations to @OfficialMelB!! love, David, Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and baby Harper x VB,” Victoria tweeted on Saturday, following the similar best wishes from Emma Bunton.

This is Melanie and Stephen’s first child together, while she also has daughters Phoenix, 12, and Angel, 4, from previous relationships.
