Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Bring Their Tots Out Toy Shopping

It was Sunday family fun day for many in Beverly Hills! Joining several other celebs who took their kids out to play this weekend, Nicole Richie and hubby Joel Madden were spotted with their tots Harlow and Sparrow out for some afternoon toy shopping yesterday! The adorable tikes held perched comfortably on mom and dad's hips for the outing!
