Dancing With the Stars contestants Nicole Scherzinger, Cheryl Burke and Erin Andrews work hard in the gym and on the dance floor to flaunt those sexy costumes!
Nicole is no stranger to demanding rehearsals and credits her hot bod to her Pussycat Dolls performances.
But the Hawaii native also puts in time at the gym. “I work out a lot. I jog a lot. I have a personal trainer and I keep very active,” she explains.
But she also doesn’t deprive herself!
“I love to eat all my meals. I love to have my desserts, my chocolate and cheesecake. I don’t believe in being too skinny.”
Cincinnati Bengals’ Chad Ochocinco is in good hands with his partner, Cheryl. She’s been dancing since she was only 4!
And now, after criticism over weight gain last season, she’s hotter than ever!
Her secret? A vegan diet.
“I’m trying something,” Cheryl tells OK!. “I never was a red meat eater anyway, but I love cheese so I’m trying to stop.”
ESPN reporter Erin’s fit factor is up thanks to DWTS rehearsals.
“My sister said my arms look toned,” the 31-year-old tells OK!.
Before DWTS, Erin would alternate cardio and resistance training, but now the cha-cha is all she needs to keep up with her appetite.
“I’m eating a lot of carbs to keep my energy up. Right now I want a cheeseburger like nobody’s business!”
