Are you wondering whether Tiger Woods' wife will be by his side at today's big press conference? Well, you're not the only one: so is she.

OK! NEWS: TIGER WOODS WILL RETURN TO REHAB AFTER SPEECH

A source close to the Woods family tells OK! that the golf superstar has been trying to convince Elin to take part in the media event — set to take place at PGA headquarters in Ponte Vedra, Fla. — but that she has major reservations, even though her presence would be a huge boost to the campaign to repair her husband's reputation.

"Right now, the most likely scenario is that Tiger will put in one sentence in his pre-planned speech that addresses their marriage," says our source.

"Elin has approved of this sentence. But she may be swayed to actually attend, even though she's well aware it's more about Tiger's image than anything else."

We hear that people concerned with the golf super-star's professional life are pushing for the pair — who have a son, Charlie, and a daughter, Sam, together — to show a united front. But our source says that Elin, who Tiger married in 2004, is only interested in their family's future.

"Elin isn't about the public image these days," says the source.

Earlier this month Tiger, who has taken a break from golf since his infidelities were revealed in November 2009, checked out of a rehab center were being treated for an addiction to sex.
