As OK! was the first to tell you last week, Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus is set to add "author" to her ever-growing list of talents by publishing her life story. And the news was confirmed today by Disney, who announced that the 15-year-old superstar has been signed to a seven-figure book deal.
"I am so excited to let fans in on how important my relationship with my family is to me," Miley said in a statement released Tuesday about the book, which will reportedly focus on her relationship with her mother Tish. "I hope to motivate mothers and daughters to build lifetimes of memories together and inspire kids around the world to live their dreams."
The timing of the book will coincide with the Spring 2009 release of the Hannah Montana film, which will soon begin filming in Tennessee and is sure to have long lines at the box-office.
As reported by OK!, a search is currently on to find an experienced author to "help" Miley put her ideas down on paper.
