Her hair doesn't lie! Shakira rocked some long spiraled locks outside the Ed Sullivan Theater on Tuesday. The twisted hair-do and cozy leopard print scarf seemed to be working for fans as the lovely songstress greeted them before appearing as a guest for David Letterman on the Late Show in NYC.
