Don’t expect to see adorable-yet-embarrassing pictures of Christina Milian’s two-year-old daughter Violet splashing in the tub or throwing a tantrum.

As The Voice’s social media correspondent, the single mom, 30, tries to make sure she doesn’t cross over the line into TMI territory.

“I try not to over share,” she tells me this week after hosting at The Pool After Dark inside Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. “There’s already a point where people know you, but there’s a certain point of privacy you want to be able to withhold for yourself.”

For Christina, moments with Violet are precious and she carefully considers offering details to the world.

“I try not to over share things with my daughter,” she says. “Sometimes I’m like ‘oh my gosh, this is the cutest picture’ or ‘oh, I should do this.’ I second-question it. I second-question myself, and I’m like ‘you know, maybe this is just worth keeping between me and my friends,’ because there are some weird people in this world, especially when it comes to your child. You have to take the necessary precautions because you never know who’s out there. I want to protect her.”

One thing she’s happy to share with the world?

What a great time she had hosting at The Pool After Dark inside Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. During the day, she enjoyed a Bloody Mary and Strawberry Mojitos as she dangled her feet in the water while joined by six pals. At night, she danced the night away and sipped on a Strawberry Mojito and Peach CĂ®roc with cranberry and pineapple in the company of eight pals. But that's not all — the crowd went wild when she hit the stage for an impromptu performance of her hits "Dip It Low" and "AM TO PM."

“It was great — it was awesome,” she marvels. “The Pool reminded me of a mini-Vegas, and there were a lot of people who came out. We were there during the daytime, so it was nice and tranquil, but still sexy, and then at nighttime everybody came out to party. The Pool is huge. It’s great that it’s indoors, too, because you never know what the weather’s going to be like. I had a great time!”
