Watch out, Leah, Amber and Jenelle.

Now that Pregnant In Heels star Rosie Pope has wrapped this season of her Bravo show (season finale airs tonight!), she’s ready to tackle MTV’s Teen Mom.

“I want to go on Teen Mom and whip them into shape,” the pregnancy concierge, who has worked with Bethenny Frankel and Jane Krakowski, tells me. “That child comes first now. You may want to go out, you may want to have a boyfriend, you may want to do all kinds of things, but the point is, once you decide to have that child, all of that changes.”

She continues, “You should go into parenting when you’re ready to put someone else first in your life. The problem is, when you become a parent when you’re still a teenager, you’re still a child. While I’m sensitive to that, I find myself hard on the fact that if you’ve made this decision and you find yourself there, then you have to grow up. There’s no room for being a kid anymore.”

Why must things change?

“Your children couldn’t decide,” the mom of three says. “You brought them into this world, and they are born and are completely helpless, and they need us to do everything for them. They’re these amazing miracles, and parents have a huge, huge affect on what happens to that child — on their happiness and their well-being. If you can’t put that child first, that’s a terrible, terrible thing, because you will affect their lives negatively. No child deserves that.”

Catch Rosie on the season finale of Pregnant In Heels, which airs tonight at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. For non-teen moms, check out the Clear Blue Ovulation Kit, which helps make conception easier when parents-to-be are ready to start their families.
