1. Spruce up your workout gear.
“Get a new workout outfit to help you get inspired to feel good about yourself,” Erin, 23, tells me.
2. Choose lingerie wisely.
“Maybe after the workout, you choose a nice lingerie to surprise him,” Adriana, 31, says. “The lingerie I would choose is Fabulous – that’s the name of the collection.”
3. Wear the perfect pushup bra.
“My next tip would be a pushup bra in the floral print because it’s very delicate and it’s very feminine,” Adriana says. “Also, it’s very comfortable.”
4. Find your scent.
“If you have a date, it’s like a ritual,” Adriana says. “You take the body lotion and put on the perfume.”
For Adriana, that body lotion is I Love My Body.
“I love it,” she says, “The fragrance is jasmine and water lily.”
Erin’s favorite? Victoria’s Secret Noir.
5. Light candles.
“With the candle, you smell everything,” Adriana says. “It sets the mood. You dim the lights and turn on a candle. There’s nothing more romantic than that.”
