Now that Whitney Port is spending the summer judging Britain’s Next Top Model, she is surrounded by skinny-minnies.

“I think fitness is something that you should remain consistent with year-round,” the former MTV reality star, 27, tells me during Fiji Presents Summer Soak Miami. “If you do that, then you will always be ready, no matter the season.”

Her choice workout involves hitting the trail.

“I love to hike," she says. "Anything outside.”

In order to take advantage of her No. 1 stay-sexy exercise tip, she doesn’t need to leave home.

“Push-ups help tone your arms and strengthen your stomach muscles.”

In the diet department, Whitney makes sure she never misses out.

“I eat everything in moderation. If I want to enjoy something that isn’t the healthiest thing for me, I eat a little bit so I satisfy my craving.”

She even flavors her water!

“An easy and tasty way to flush out your system for the summer is to add a little Crystal Light to my water bottle.”

What’s her biggest self-confidence booster when it comes to her figure?
