Just 7 months after his release from prison for tax evasion, recording artist Ronald Isley is set to debut his solo album tomorrow, Nov. 20.  The singer was also recognized for his body of work last night during a 19-minute long tribute on the Soul Train Awards.

The 68-year-old lead singer of the Isley Brothers was inspired to record a gospel album while behind bars and working on the record in the prison chapel, according to a news release from Sound Spike.
