After soaking up the sights at New York Fashion Week, 90210’s Shenae Grimes sat down with OK! to discuss her passion for design, the possibility of going back to school and even starting her own line.

“I would love to go to college if I have the chance. I would really love to. I would love to go ideally to a school in New York,” the high school graduate gushes to OK! at the L.E.I Model Citizen event in L.A.

But lucky for the Toronto-native, the U.S. school system gives Shenae the chance to take her time and decide what she likes best in the realm of fashion.

“The programs are more liberal in America and you don't have to make up your mind right away so I can test out fashion marketing, design, and communications,” Shenae explains to OK! on Wednesday, “I can do it all and I don't have to narrow it down just yet.”

And with style icons like Sienna Miller and Mary-Kate Olsen, the 20-year-old admits that a clothing line is something she has always dreamed of doing on her own.

“I have toyed with that idea for a while…I want to be very slow about it because I am not someone who likes to put my face on anything just for the sake of it. I want to learn more about fashion and the craft behind design before I approach it.”

In the meantime, Charlotte Ronson’s show in New York  got Shenae all riled up as she reveals to OK!, “I want to go every season! It’s always a crazy whirlwind, but its just so much excitement. I went to Charlotte Ronson's show and it was great.”

As for now, the fashionista will have some free time on her hands as she just wrapped this season of 90210.

“It’s very exciting and time for a new chapter and change,” Shenae speaks of her hit show, “We just got picked up for another season!”
