A Sore Post-Crash Eva Longoria Debuts 'Latinos Living the American Dream'

Eva Longoria Parker made an appearance at the premiere of the documentary Latinos Living the American Dream last night in L.A. to introduce her first directorial debut — less than one day after her car accident.

The shaken up Eva was surrounded by an entourage, and was overheard saying inside the Grauman's Chinese Theater she is "sore."

The Desperate Housewives star was in a minor traffic accident in Hollywood on Wednesday. Police said she was heading eastbound on Hollywood Boulevard at about 7:30 p.m. when another driver made an unsafe left turn into a parking lot and hit her car.

The actress looked a bit immobile while sitting down doing interviews, and appears to be in pain — barely moving her neck to turn.

A friend told Eva she "should have gone to the hospital" last night after the accident.

At one point, Eva was overheard joking she "could fall asleep."
